Find Your Expert Testifying Witness
Locating testifying witnesses is a specialty in itself. Whether plaintiff or defense, identifying which expert or experts are needed in your case is just as important as locating them.
Attorneys don't always know JUST which type of expert is needed in a complex case. And even when they do have a real sense of the witness who will be most persuasive, he or she often will have difficulty locating that expert. It's important to have your case screened by a CLNC to determine exactly who will bring the most pertinent information to bear. Their Rolodexes are chock full!

As the liaison between you and your potential expert, we can work more effectively with the expert by identifying their qualifications, assess for bias or conflict of interests, and ensure they agree to all four requirements prior to your acceptance. The four important requirements are:
- Sincere interest in the case.
- Will commit to the time frame of the case.
- Will commit to testify.
- Will commit to going to trial.
The role of the testifying expert is "Educator of the Jury," they make the complex simple which is essential to the jury's understanding of the case.
